is an author, pastor, and entrepreneur who lives in South Florida. She is the chief operating officer of Segadores de Vida (Harvesters of Life). A church founded by her parents, which has been named the fastest growing spanish-speaking church in the country.
Though Vanessa had been involved with ministry, and worship-leading since she was 15, she feels that her ministry truly began in 2013 when her mother passed away, and a 23-year-old Vanessa rose to taker her position as Pastor, women’s leader and chief of staff of a growing mega-church. In this challenging season of her life, a passion for learning how to lead and teaching young women to lead with grace, confidence and poise was born. It is with this mission in mind, that she founded the ministry HER Academy and HER podcast. She often refers to these as tools she wishes she had in her first years of leadership and development as a young women in her 20s.
Because she has lived through grief, infertility, and loss, Vanessa has deep love and empathy for those facing difficult circumstances. A large part of her ministry is dedicated to bringing hope to the broken, and learning to heal emotionally. She loves to share how the Lord brought her joy, even in the midst of great pain. Today, she lives and pastors with her husband and 3 miracle children in Pembroke Pines, Florida.
